Jake’s Famous Crawfish has anchored Portland’s dining scene since 1892, when it opened as a saloon and card room before evolving into one of the city’s most storied seafood houses. Its ornate back bar, dark wood paneling, and vintage signage have earned it a spot on the National Register of Historic Places. Long associated with the McCormick & Schmick’s restaurant group, Jake’s built its reputation on fresh Northwest seafood, Dungeness crab, and an old-school clubby atmosphere favored by politicians, lawyers, and generations of Portlanders. It remains a downtown landmark where the city’s brass-and-mahogany past still feels very much alive.

International shipping has many options and we will work with you to get you the best rate and service.

United States shipping rates:

Returns:

Except for damaged units in shipment, our policy is generally to not accept returns because each piece is handmade, produced in limited quantities and created on-demand.
We will consider a return on a case by case basis provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Warranty:

We warranty the electronics and the integrity of the art piece for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. By “integrity”, we mean that we warranty the customization of the backing and framing materials. These are art pieces and should be handled with care and placed in normal, indoor environments. Not for use outdoors or in exceedingly humid environments. It’s recommended to keep your print out of direct sunlight.

We use the highest quality duratrans backlit film in the industry. Each print is produced on 10mm archival-grade backlit film, the same material used in museum lightboxes and high-end retail displays. Lit from behind by low-heat LEDs rather than old-style fluorescent tubes, the image is exposed to far less UV than traditional lightbox signage — which means the color stays rich and the blacks stay deep for years of everyday display.

Keep it out of direct sunlight, wipe the surface with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and it’ll hold its glow for a long time to come!
