Except for damaged units in shipment, our policy is generally to not accept returns because each piece is handmade, produced in limited quantities and produced on-demand. Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
